TOUR HIGHLIGHTS
This is a 6-day unforgettable trip that will take you to Kenya’s best marine parks which include Mombasa Marine National Park, Watamu Marine National Park, Malindi Marine Park and Kiunga Marine National Reserve.


DAY 01
Arrival – Mombasa
On arrival at Moi International airport, Mombasa, you will be met by the tour manager and be briefed about the tour. Alternatively, if you are already accommodated in a hotel, we will pick you up after breakfast and then brief you about your tour to Mombasa Marine National Park. You will get a chance to view marine life which includes crabs, corals, sea urchins, jellyfish, sea stars and sea cucumbers. Besides taking a view of the beautiful coral garden, you can sunbathe on the pristine beaches, or enjoy relaxing water sports, like scuba diving and snorkelling. Lunch at a restaurant in town.
Later in the afternoon, you can choose to visit either Fort Jesus or Haller Park.
Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.
DAY 02
Malindi Marine National Park
After breakfast, we head to Malindi National Park. Malindi National Park is endowed with magnificent resources such as fringing reefs, coral gardens in the lagoon, seagrass beds, mangroves, mudflats, high fish diversity, turtles, shorebirds and mammals like the dolphins. Activities that you can choose from include swimming in the warm ocean water, snorkelling, boat rides, diving, dhow rides, sunbathing, windsurfing (in the reserve), Picnic and barbeque in the Island.

DAY 03
Watamu Marine Park
After breakfast, we leave for Watamu Marine Park. You can choose from a variety of activities at the park mainly snorkelling and an assortment of other watersports, ranging from surfing to deep sea fishing. In the afternoon you can visit the Kipepeo Butterfly project.
Watamu is 120kms north of Mombasa and 28km south of Malindi. Watamu National Park is part of a complex of marine and tidal habitats on Kenya’s North coast stretching from Malindi town to beyond the entrance to Mida creek. It is enclosed by the Malindi Marine National Reserve which also encloses Malindi Marine National Park. Habitats include intertidal rock, sand and mud; fringing reefs and coral gardens; beds of seagrass; coral cliffs, platforms and islets; sandy beaches and Mida Creek mangrove forest. The park was designated as a Biosphere reserve in 1979. Mida Creek is a large, almost landlocked expanse of saline water, mangrove and intertidal mud.

DAY 04
Lamu
After breakfast, we leave for a boat tour in Lamu Island. A full day at leisure to explore the Island. Lunch at the Island and we return later in the day to Lamu town.

DAY 05
Kiunga Marine National Reserve
After breakfast, we leave for Kiunga Marine National Reserve. You can choose a variety of activities to do which include snorkelling, diving and swimming.
Return to the hotel later for dinner and overnight stay.
The reserve is made up of the Lamu Archipelago, a cluster of low-lying desert islands that run some 60km. It is a pristine string of rugged coral isles, ringed by a rainbow coral reef. The reserve offers living coral gardens, sculpted coves, wheeling seabirds, rare turtles, magical dugongs and an underwater world of unbelievable colour, discovery and vibrancy.
